At a national level, we currently provide on-site assistance to families in Barcelona (capital) and the Baix Llobregat area (save for Martorell, Olessa de Montserrat and Sant Andreu de la Barca).
We take care of all procedures and formalities related to the funeral, including:
Formalities related to the ambulance and the obtaining of the medical death certificate
Reservation of the mortuary chapel
Reservation and scheduling of the ceremony and the burial or cremation
Arrangement of any specifics of the funeral (memorial, music, type of ceremony, etc.)
Control and supervision by a member of our team
Outside the area of on-site assitance
We coordinate the realization of such procedures through the telephone assitance to families.
We cannel the contact with the funeral parlour that better suits them and carry the follow-up of the service is order to control that it is developed normally.
